Like many of you, we are witnessing challenging economic conditions.  We have something else in common- we are not international banking and finance institutions or big auto makers… so, no one is stopping by to offer us a “bail-out”;  we just tighten our belts and keep going, trying to do our best. It is not in our nature to complain, or to take the easy way out and cut costs by laying people off, reducing hours or making other cuts which hurt people’s lives and their families.
